Patrick has over 10 years’ experience in the real estate industry, with his current role at Stara encompassing a broad range of projects and experience from the establishment of new Funds to transactional due diligence and advisory work. Prior to Star, Patrick was a Transactions Manager for Cromwell Property Group from 2014-2021, where his primary focus was Australian-based acquisitions and disposals of real estate and other assets on behalf of both Cromwell’s listed and unlisted Property Trusts. In addition to undertaking due diligence processes and negotiations between parties, Patrick has further experience in undertaking development feasibilities, lease review and assisting in the formulation of both single asset and portfolio strategies.

Patrick has a background in both commercial office and retail property valuations, becoming a Registered Valuer in Queensland in 2014.

An associate member of the API, Patrick was also previously on the Property Council of Australia Market Trends Roundtable, a Victorian-based think tank created to identify, design and recommend strategic projects that address emerging market trends that will impact real estate capital markets in the future.

Patrick has a Bachelor of Business Management (Real Estate and Development Major) and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Queensland and is currently undertaking studies for Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice through REIQ.
