Specific expertise includes: linked bilateral, club and syndicated financings; senior/mezzanine finance and related intercreditor arrangements; debt advisory and tenders (including pre-mandate documentation, terms sheets and commitment letters); IPO financings; construction and development finance; strategic debt investments, debt restructurings and recapitalisations.
Ben and his team are particularly active in the mid-market and advise a number of the major Asia Pac market participants in the real estate and financial services sectors. They are market leaders in non-bank, alternative capital and special situation finance.
