Property Funds Association of Australia welcomes the following new members who have joined the association during 2026:
Trident Funds Management:
Trident Funds Management is a Brisbane-based specialist property funds management business focused on identifying, acquiring and enhancing high-quality property assets across key sectors.
Since its establishment, Trident Funds Management has acquired and developed seven premium assets across a diversified portfolio spanning retail, commercial, large-scale industrial and medical property sectors.
Through strategic acquisitions, rigorous due diligence and targeted value-add initiatives, Trident Funds Management has delivered strong returns and significant capital appreciation for its investors.
Newmark Capital:
Newmark Capital is a property funds management group, which was established in 2011 with the aim of giving investors the opportunity to invest in the type of commercial properties they own and understand.
Newmark targets premium commercial property including office, hotel, and retail property. It seeks to grow property income and deliver superior returns by applying a patient and considered approach to investing.
Newmark Capital’s unlisted fund include investments in some of Australia’s most sought after assets, including the Como Centre in South Yarra, and 299 Bourke Street in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD.
ARA:
The ARA Group began operations in 2001. The founders of ARA, Edward Federman and Leo Browne, envisioned creating an essential building services business for facilities and infrastructure. ARA has remained a privately owned and employee-owned organisation.
ARA has worked to grow the company both organically and through strategic acquisitions. Services for real estate and private credit include Caruso’s AI Fund Admin Agent, investor onboarding including AML/KYC, capital raising, unit registry and investor portal. Caruso also offers fund accounting, registry operations and investor services.
Headquartered in Sydney, Caruso also has offices in Auckland, New Zealand, and Dallas Texas, USA.
XCap:
XCap is a Newcastle-based specialist real estate funds manager and financier focussed on regional Australia. It has strong roots in building and development with its partner company GWH across a pipeline of residential, commercial and industrial real estate assets.
XCap’s unlisted property investment funds seek to maximise returns through acquisition and development of income producing real estate for wholesale, institutional and high net worth investors. It operates funds across diverse asset classes including commercial office, retail, service stations, childcare, bulky goods, and specialist disability housing.
The company also offers debt solutions and structured finance for real estate, providing reliable and flexible funding for commercial, industrial and residential real estate projects.
