PFA releases Net Zero roadmap for property funds: The Steps to Net Zero

Environment & Sustainability

Property Funds Association of Australia has just released a new guide which acts as a net zero roadmap for property funds and commercial real estate owners: The Steps to Net Zero.

The guide is published by the PFA’s Environment & Sustainability Committee. It provides an easy reference to understand what is involved in emissions reduction, from net zero ratings tools currently available in Australia, to key information on emissions and renewables, and establishing a pathway to action.

Progressing towards net zero brings several long-lasting benefits for property funds and commercial real estate owners, including participating in incentives, attracting finance, and attracting quality tenants.

This guide helps to demystify net zero for property fund managers and building owners, providing useful insights and practical application no matter where you are in your net zero journey.

This PFA members-only publication is available here.
