Melissa has a deep understanding of property and in-depth knowledge of the retail property sector, mixed use development and repositioning strategies.

As an Investment Committee Member and Responsible Manager, Melissa is involved in all aspect of the Haben business including funds management, real estate strategy, capital transactions, development management and compliance. She is also the President of the PFA.

René has over 20 years’ experience as an assurance and financial reporting specialist, working with a diverse portfolio of financial services and property funds clients.

She sits on the PFA Diversity Committee and has a keen focus on supporting women across the financial services sectors.
