Steven is the Direct CEO at Charter Hall and manages approximately $10 billion of Australian real estate on behalf of self managed super funds, high net worth and direct investors. His day-to-day responsibility includes overseeing asset management and tenancy matters, managing the financial structure of the funds and stakeholder communications.

Steven has held the position of President of the Property Funds Association, where he committed to furthering the association’s goals: representing direct property investors’ and managers’ interests; promoting the industry; and providing a forum for research and education. Steven is currently the Vice President for the PCA NSW Division Council. Before joining Charter Hall Group, Steven worked for Macquarie Group Limited in both their Sydney and London offices.

His specialist and experienced adviser and investor team works closely with institutional investors, family offices, blue-chip advisers, and high-net-worth individuals. Melissa has a deep understanding of property and in-depth knowledge of the retail property sector, mixed use development and repositioning strategies. As an Investment Committee Member and Responsible Manager, Melissa is involved in all aspect of the Haben business including funds management, real estate strategy, capital transactions, development management and compliance.
