Nikki has over 30 years’ experience in the property industry in the unlisted and listed property markets. Nikki is the Fund Manager for the Australian Unity Office Fund an Australian Real Estate Trust, listed on the ASX, ASX:AOF and leads the strategic growth of the fund, managing and driving investor relations, innovation and change. Nikki’s commercial successes in real estate funds management driven by executing strategic initiatives, inspiring team leadership and contributing to the Australian Unity Group’s business growth.

Nikki has been awarded the Lonsec Money Management Fund Manager of the Year 2019, Hybrid and Direct Property award for the Australian Unity Property Retail Fund and nominated for Money Management Women in Financial Services Award 2018.

Nikki holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology. She is an Associate with a Fund’s Manager Certification from the Australian Property Institute, holds a Real Estate of Victoria Licence, is a Member of the Australian Institute of Management and past and present member of the Property Councils Unlisted Funds as well as the Market Trends Roundtables.

Abi is a Partner of SW Audit and a Director of SW Accountants & Advisors. She has over 17 years’ experience in providing tax advice and tax compliance services to a wide range of clients, but with particular emphasis on the funds management industry.

Abi’s clients include a number of ASX listed and wholesale property funds, equity funds, debt funds, corporate entities and large complex private groups. Abi is also an active committee member of the Property Council of Australia’s state taxes committee.
