Paul is Managing Director of Stara and was the founding Executive Chairman of Cromwell Property Group (ASX:CMW) on its establishment in 1998 and was the CEO and Managing Director of the Group for the following 22 years.

Before his appointment as CEO of the Group, Paul practiced in Australia and internationally as a solicitor for more than 20 years.

He holds degrees in commerce and law and has extensive experience in property development and investment, financial structuring, public listings, mergers and acquisitions, revenue matters and joint ventures. Paul continues to maintain a practicing certificate as a solicitor and is a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
