Tom joined Marquette's Transactions team in 2019 after 9 years of working in specialist property research and strategic advisory roles. These roles encompassed the provision of bespoke property advice across both commercial and residential sectors and all aspects of the property lifecycle.
Tom’s primary function at Marquette is to co-ordinate the acquisition and disposal of Marquette’s assets, assist in the capital raising process, and aid in the creation and execution of new investment strategies.

The Marquette team manages a mix of investment properties across multiple sectors with a strong focus on passive yield and value add strategies within the Portfolio. At present, Marquette have seven assets and approximately $1.24 billion in Funds Under Management.
