Romy is responsible for institutional capital raising and business development. Romy also leads our ESG strategy and integration and is a member of the ESG Advisory Committee which advises the Board on all matters relating to ESG and Responsible Investment.
Romy sits on a number of industry ESG & Sustainable Finance working groups and Chairs the Property Council of Australia Capital Markets Debt Markets Committee. Romy joined MaxCap in February 2020, with over 12 years’ experience in funds management, impact investment and corporate law, having commenced her career at Arnold Bloch Leibler.
