With over 20 years of experience in the Real Estate Funds Management Industry, Nadeane’s career began in Equity Capital Markets at Macquarie Bank, before pivoting to Property in 2003 with a role at Dexus, managing large industrial properties and associated capital transactions. Following this she joined AMP Capital in 2007, holding various roles encompassing the property management, analysis, asset management, funds management businesses and ultimately becoming General Manager of the AMP Capital Industrial Portfolio, valued at $1.7bn. Following her passion for financial modelling, technology and data analysis, Nadeane was appointed Head of Investment Management Systems, responsible for the technology solutions delivering property valuations, budgeting, forecasting, scenario analysis and associated financial modelling.

In 2022, Nadeane joined MRI Software as a Product Manager, responsible for the delivery and development of their industry leading “Strategic Planning” tool, ensuring that the product meets and exceeds the needs of Property, Finance, Asset and Fund Managers globally.

Nadeane holds a Bachelor of Property Economics from Western Sydney University and a Master’s Degree in Economics from University of New England.
