Kevin is a former senior banker with over 25 years’ experience across banking, consulting and funds management. Kevin has practical experience in the design and implementation of compliance and risk processes, facilitating associated training and the development of stakeholder and communication frameworks for banking segments including mortgages, cards, wealth management and liability products across Australia, Asia, Pacific, Europe and America.
Through his roles with major banks and consulting firms, Kevin has worked with both local and offshore regulators in managing compliance and governance obligations including product approvals, remediation and enforceable undertakings. More recently, Kevin’s focus has turned to managing and overseeing investor syndications across debt and equity investments in development finance, financial reengineering, investor syndication and mezzanine finance.
