Throughout a long and successful career, Jodie has served as a senior executive in the ASX 200 Listed sphere, specialising in operational and performance management across diverse industries and international markets. Jodie’s focus has consistently been on executing strategic operational and people strategies, encompassing brand development, corporate marketing, technology integration, corporate services, people and culture enhancement, diversity & inclusion initiatives, and sustainable platform operations, spanning across multiple countries.

Jodie’s expertise extends to asset and funds management operations, covering a broad-spectrum including agency, development, property & asset management, funds management, real estate investments, corporate mergers and acquisitions, and investor relations.

In addition to her executive roles, Jodie has contributed to various Boards and Board Committees as a non-executive director and has served as Chair of Nomination
& Remuneration Committees, leveraging her governance and strategic expertise.
