David French is Chief Executive of The Investment Collective. He has over 30 years’ experience in finance and economics, most of which are in investment markets and personal finance.

David has been responsible for building the business to a point where it now manages over $600 million for individuals, small business and managed investment schemes. He holds a Bachelor of Economics, a Diploma in Corporate Management and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. David has completed a range of other courses related to the valuation of companies, investments and personal financial planning.

Starting with a computer screen and a desk, David has built The Investment Collective into a diversified Financial Services group managing more than $600 million in client funds, and public offer MIS. David oversaw and shepherded its successful sale to Alteris Financial Group in early 2003. David is passionate financial services and investments, and the orle of economics in improving the welfare of society. He is a past director of Queensland Doctors' Health Program (helping doctors deal with the immense pressures of practice), Home Support Association (a disability services provider which negotiated a remarkable transition to the NDIS) , Rockhampton Regional Development Limited and the Rockhampton Chamber of Commerce.
