I am a Director and Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) with over 15 years industry experience working on a wide range of consultancy instructions, commercial property transactions, portfolio capex planning and various property development roles across Australia Asia Pacific and the UK.
Previously a Director and NSW lead within the KPMG Property Consultancy division, my asset class experience includes commercial, industrial, retail, healthcare, leisure, aged care, government and residential.
My specialism is Technical Due Diligence, having led successful engagements for some of the largest single
asset and portfolio sales in Australia. Recent personal experience includes: 180 George Street, Sydney sale
($1.5Bn asset); ESR’s acquisition of the Blackstone Industrial portfolio ($3.8Bn); Investa office portfolio sale
($2.5Bn); Urbanest student accommodation portfolio divestment ($2Bn).
Prior to 2018, previous roles included developing and leading a new Building Consultancy service line for an international engineering firm and managing the NSW/ACT Transaction and Asset Advisory division of an independent property consultancy in Sydney.
I pride myself on my ability to provide commercial acumen whilst dealing with highly technical issues on
property transactions. This has enabled me to build lasting, authentic client relationships over many years.
