The Forbury software is used for acquisitions modelling, external valuation instructions and asset management in many international markets, including Australia, New Zealand, UK and Asia. Our user base is increasing at approximately 60% p.a. and we process more than a quarter of a million office, industrial and retail valuations from approximately 10,000 properties annually. Forbury was acquired by Altus Group on December 1, 2023.
