Adam is the founder of Polar 993 and has over 26 years’ experience in funds management, structured finance, property, compliance and law. Polar 993 is an Australian financial services firm, specialising in AFSL licensing, corporate trustee services, fund registry, fund administration, and distribution & capital raising. Adam’s experience covering 3 core areas of funds management being, structuring & compliance, fundraising, and portfolio/investment management are key differentiators for Polar 993’s clients.
Before founding Polar 993, Adam was co-founder of Merricks Capital where for over 11 years he was the Chief Operating Officer and the Head of Structured Credit. Adam was a practicing lawyer for more than 9 years with focus on Corporations Act, M&A and financial services.
