Registration sharing is not allowed, however delegate substitution can be made if adequate notice is given. Substitutions will incur a $110 administration fee. Your registration does not include travel, accommodation, golf clubs, or attendance at any of the leisure activities by an accompanying partner.

Should you cancel your attendance a $200 administration fee will apply up until 29 April 2022. Cancellations made after this date will incur a loss of 50% of the registration fee.

By registering for this Conference you agree to be included in the Delegate Listing, which will include email and/or mobile and will be made available to all attendees, but not external third parties.

If the Conference is cancelled because a relevant government extends or amends its existing COVID-19 restrictions, we will offer a full refund of your registration cost. We will also offer a full refund of your registration if you are unable to attend the event due to your state government restrictions, changes in your organisation’s protocols regarding event attendance or you present with flu like or COVID-19 symptoms prior to travel and are unable to attend.

In-person events, including the conference is a fully vaccinated forums only. This means only fully-vaccinated people will be able to attend these activities.

As accommodation is booked separately, you will need to negotiate with the hotel in the event of being unable to attend.
